CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE       
Limited, shareholders of the Group are advised of the following change to the   
board of directors of AMAP:                                                     
David Edward Cleasby has been appointed as a non-executive director (nominated  
by The Bidvest Group Limited) with effect from 1 April 2010. David is a         
qualified chartered accountant. David is the group financial director of The    
Bidvest Group Limited ("Bidvest") and a director of numerous Bidvest            
subsidiaries.
